As part of the Engineering Team, you will lead technical sales and execution of industrial-scale projects in the renewable thermal energy and heat recovery space. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive impact and build the project engineering arm of our business. Your day-to-day will include providing technical sales support, owning customer interactions and driving project approvals through ensuring that the system designs meet our customers' needs in the most cost effective way. Responsibilities -Coordinate with customer facilities managers, engineers and other technical personnel Perform detailed cost-benefit analysis of available products, installation options and new technologies -Analyze sites as needed for suitability, cost considerations, etc. -Identify opportunities for thermal energy and heat recovery projects at customer facilities -Ensure that all projects are sustainable and designed for the long term by evaluating technical and financial feasibility of identified projects -Serve as technical expert in client meetings -Ensure that when working with external engineering services, contractors, suppliers etc. that the scope, deliverables, performance and milestones are clearly detailed and agreed up front -Oversee commissioning and provide as-needed support after commissioning -Recruit additional team members when necessary
